Spanish term

para que haga efectiva la misma

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Procurement policy
Hola,

-------------------------
- Reviews all the documentation, and if data included thereto are correct, he signs as evidence of approval.
- Sends the Request for Expression of Interest signed as evidence of approval, the TOR, ...???

Me parece que "enforce" en este caso no cabe en el contexto, o bueno es mi optica.

Desde ya, gracias de antemano por todos sus aportes.

Aunque viéndolo nuevamente "para que haga efectiva la misma" me parece que se puede sustituir por "send it to..."

so that this request is made

I understand "para que haga efectiva la misma" to refer to the "solicitud", i.e., literally "so that this request is made."

"hacer efectivo, va

1. loc. verb. llevar a efecto."

https://dle.rae.es/efectivo

Sends the approved and signed "Request for expressions of interest" with the TOR, so that this request is made to the shortlisted applicants(consultants? enquirers?).

In fact, you could probably omit this entirely and just use "out" instead, e.g. "Sends the "request for expressions of interest"... out to the shortlisted [persons]..."
