Explanation:
Kalau sampahnya dikirimkan ke pabrik daur ulang dan biaya dikeluarkan untuk itu, tentu tidak perlu keluar biaya/ongkos untuk penimbunan sampan teresbut. Begitu juga sebaliknya, kalau sampahnya ditimbun dengan biaya tertentu, tentu tidak perlu keluar biaya untuk pengirimannya ke pabrik daur ulang.
