Ciao Dario, da una ricerca veloce ho visto che alcune chambres di Monaco sono associazioni di dipendenti e altre di imprenditori. Probabilmente per le associazioni di dipendenti potresti usare "sindacati". Non ne capisco molto, ma "patronale" qui significa "des patrons", dei "datori di lavoro/titolari". Forse la migliore strategia è quella che suggerisce Enrico, con traduzione letterale "camera" tra parentesi.
