c. The matter shall be listed for Final Hearing before XXXXX for 5 days commencing November 2022. This hearing shall be a hybrid hearing with the mother and maternal aunt attending by Teams unless the father declines to attend in person in which case they may attend by CVP.

d. The Court shall ensure that the secure court ( court 13 )is available for each day of the final hearing.

e. The parents’ respective solicitors shall make the necessary arrangements for the attendance of interpreters.
f. The Court shall assist in providing a separate remote room for the mother and maternal aunt at the IRH and each day of the final hearing.
