Ele vem sempre entre parênteses (e às vezes entre aspas também) quando o texto menciona determinados rollers do conveyor, como nos excertos abaixo:

Sei que existem as palavras nub e nubbin, mas nubb eu não encontrei em parte alguma. Alguém tem uma pista? Agradeço desde já.
