English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

Each party has carefully considered the information on each and every asset and enters into this Agreement freely of his or her own accord. Each party agrees that the other has not pressured him or her to enter into this Agreement but, rather, that each party agrees that this Agreement describes a fair and equitable method of dealing with their property in the unfortunate event of the termination of their marriage by legal proceedings. Each party has been afforded the opportunity to investigate further the financial circumstances of the other prior to the execution of this Agreement and waives his and her rights to further inquiry, discovery and investigation, with full knowledge of such rights.
