I did ask this question in the EN/EN pair after asking it in the PL/EN. However, it was changed by the moderator. I received answers here and I am satisifed with them now, so I'm going close both questions. Why does it bother you so much??

the specificities/particularities of Polish law

I think either of these options would convey the meaning quite well. Polish law certainly does have its particularities :)

Polish legal specificities.

The Polish term "Polska specyfika prawna" is a natural way to say "Polish legal specificities" in Polish. It literally means "Polish legal specificity".
In my opinion, the best phrase to use in this context is "Polish legal specificities." It is accurate, natural, and conveys the intended meaning.

peculiar character of Polish law

If you want to stress its complex or unusual nature.

e.g.
The peculiar character of English law comes largely from the fact that much of the doctrine … is not contained in any authoritative written statement but has to be pieced together from a large mass of judicial decisions.

neutral Jacek Rogala : słowo "peculiar" - pod załączonym tu linkiem (i nie tylko po tym linkiem) - bedace dowodem tutaj dla uzycia tego slowa - uzyte jest raczej do opisu zjawiska per se, a askerka potrzebuje schematu/sloganu popularyzatorskiego
