This term appears in a medical discharge report. I'm not sure if this is a typo and it should be TCE (TBI - traumatic brain injury) instead of CE, or not.

Acude a URG por sincope con CE y ematoma occipitalSe evidencia Fluiterà auricular ingresando con Cardiología . No sangrados externos. The reason I thought I could be a typo is because TCE is mentioned a couple of paragraphs before the one above.
INTERCONSULTA NEUROLOGIA:
Al parecer se golpeó en región parieto-occipital. Niega otros síntomasneurolñógicos asociados. Exploración neurològica. Consciente. Orientado. MOE conservados. REsto de pares craneales normales. No déficit de fuerza. SEnsibilidad algésica conservada. ROT simétricos a 0-1/5. RCP flexores. No alteración de la coordinación. TC cerebral: Hipodensidades lacunares en ambas coronas radiata y centros semiovales. Signos compatibles con atrofia córtico- subcortical. Aumento de partes blandas y hematoma subgaleal parietal izquierdo.
JC: Síncope con TCE secundario / TCE con conmoción cerebral.
