sledované cíle
to padlock is "zamířit na cíl a sledovat jej", pls see the info below from a Canadian gamer:
"Lock-on" or "padlock on" the next enemy: To sight and follow (a moving target), usually achieved with built-in electronics. Offensive weapons can be launched to home in on this (these) locked targets.

: Anebo "sledované objekty" - většinou se dá zaměřit i spřátelené letadlo, vozidlo nebo budova

terče
Since we are talking about aiming at targets here, then I would suggest using "terce".

: Terče se používají ve sportu, ale tohle je pravděpodobně letecký simulátor.

I know what you mean but I have also come across the word "terče" being used in video games.

: Je vhodné dávat v podobných případech přednost výrazu "cíl", terč je zkrátka většinou cvičný cíl (takže podmnožina), nakonec, vojáci mají živé a neživé cíle, nikoliv terče.
