As I understand the context, this is what you would see, so in a way Terence is right - only "nobody" says "venlige hilsner", which is a translation of "kind regards". "Venlig hilsen" is also a possibility, but it is / used to be more frequently used in private correspondence.

Thanks for your comment and observation. Yes, it is perhaps a very old-fashioned formal expression; so too is "With courtesy of " - we would almost never use that nowadays.

The best translation of such a phrase may neither be literal nor really precise. It has to be what is usually used in the target language, and this does indeed imply that something is provided as a matter of courtesy.
