Apprentice Training Centre (CFA)

Assuming your document is a recent one, the "centre de formation d'apprentis" thing is still current, since it is explained in my first link, and the French government websites are kept up to date in my experience, and the website also mentions Covid and the 21-22.

Had a blip there.
"...Covid and the 2021-22 school year".

The conventional way to deal with this kind of thing, if your audience needs to know both the English translation and the French original for some reason, is to put the French in round brackets in italics.
This is probably not the case here, but FYI, anyway.

Apprentice training centre
Hi Alan,
It seems that @Maureen Wilkins has already put a glossary entry for this and it's certainly what first came to mind when I saw your question: https://www.proz.com/personal-glossaries/entry/15900062-cfa-...
Lots of stuff on the Internet about it:
https://travail-emploi.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/qr-mise_en_oeuvre_de_...
https://www.education.gouv.fr/le-centre-de-formation-d-appre...
As for the English equivalent, there's a whole host of hits for "apprentice training centres", "centres for apprentices", etc.
