Italian term
armadio di elettronica di governo
Italian to English
Tech/Engineering
Transport / Transportation / Shipping

control (electronics) cabinet
I cannot imagine this referring to anything other than a straightforward "control cabinet", but there are also instances to be found in the web of "control *electronics* cabinet".

Electronic control board

central/station interlocking unit
I presume that we are talking about an interlocking system for the control of railway traffic or light transport systems. The Line Replaceable Units LRU are typically circuit boards or those compoenents that cannot be repired on site, but need to be replaced in-block. The difference between central and station is the exact location of the equipment. Normally the central is installed where the supervision part of the system is, while the station interlocking is installed at every station near to the line side equipment (points, signals etc.)
