: "by both parties" = przez obydwie (czyli: jednocześnie i zgodnie), a w tekście jest "przez każdą ze stron", czyli jednostronnie. Prawnicy mieliby trochę zajęcia. ;-)

Discussion
Gdyby było "przez jedną z trzech/czterech/itd.", to wtedy "by any" (przez którąkolwiek z trzech/czterech/itd.).
Twoja propozycja "by each" = "przez każdą" - to wciąż jest okazja do zarobku dla prawników.
Wiem, że się wymądrzam, i w ogóle..., ale w pracy na etacie przez ponad dwa lata zajmowałem się umowami handlowymi tego rodzaju. Musiałem pilnować takich szczegółów, bo po mnie czytali prawnicy i czepiali się.
