يدعم مجلس أبوظبي للتعليم أنشطة التطوير المهني لمعالجة الاحتياجات التنظيمية التالية:
1. مبادرات النظام: ترتبط هذه الانشطة بالاحتياجات على نطاق المنظومة لتحسين جودة القوى العاملة في المدرسة، وتحددها مهمة مجلس أبوظبي للتعليم ورؤيته.
2.المبادرات المستھدفة: تنشأ ھذه الأنشطة من وقت لآخر لمعالجة البرامج المستھدفة أو السیاسات الجدیدة أو إجراءات مجلس أبوظبي للتعلیم.
3. تحسین الأداء: بناء علی نتائج تقییم الأداء السنوي، قد یطلب من الموظفین معالجة احتیاجات محددة.
4. خطط تطوير المدرسة: بناء علی الاحتیاجات المحددة للمدارس الخاصة، علی النحو المفصل في خطط تطوير المدرسة، قد یطلب من الموظفین التعامل مع المجالات المطلوب تطويرها في المدارس المحددة.
5. المؤهلات المهنية: سيوفر مجلس أبوظبي للتعليم فرصا للموظفين لتحسين مؤهلاتهم ورخصهم أو للتخصص في مجالات معينة.

ADEC supports the professional development activities to address the following types of
organizational needs:
1. System initiatives: These activities relate to system-wide needs to improve the quality of
the school’s workforce and are determined by ADEC's mission & vision. 2. Targeted
initiatives: These activities arise from time to time to address targeted programs, new policies
or ADEC procedures.
3. Performance improvement: Based on the results of their annual performance evaluation,
staff may be required to address identified needs.
4. School Improvement Plans: Based on the identified needs of individual schools, as detailed
in their School Improvement Plans, staff may be required to address the identified school
improvement areas.
5. Professional qualifications: ADEC will provide opportunities for staff to improve their
own qualifications and licenses or to specialize in particular domains. |
