Quick term adding: Select all words except the first one

CafeTran Espresso 2018 has this nice feature that by making one or two selections in the New term editor, you can quickly add related term pairs.

Since I use this trick very often, I wanted to automate the selection of both the source and target terms, without their first words. This turned out to be very simple:
