Is CafeTran still maintained / developed?

Looking at their website, nothing seems to have changed for years. The last entry in the Google group (to which the website links) is from December 2022. Is CafeTran still a living CAT tool, or is it slowly dying?

How does it compare to Trados Studio? Feb 27

We are shifting topics a bit, I know, but if CafeTran is still developed, I would like to get an impression how it compares to Trados Studio? What are the main pros, what are the main cons?

The latest release is CafeTran Espresso 12 with CT-L1 Linguist (which optionally allows ChatGPT integration) and literally the latest build 12.0.9 was released today.

The Google groups support group has fallen by the wayside, but that has been true for years, at it was already superceded by the forum on Freshdesk https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/support/discussions when I first discovered the tool in 2015.

That one is stated as the official forum on the Cafetran homepage: https://www.cafetran.com/

The other popular community support solution being the Cafetran subforum here on ProZ, actually the one you've posted in, which is also pretty active: https://www.proz.com/forum/cafetran_support-1154.html
