Hi colleagues,
I was contacted via Proz mail by a Melissa Wheeler asking to translate a huge document into RU. She offered to pay 50 % upfront but asked for detailed contacts - name and address - to send the check to.
She said she was an employee of Human Resources Department of Eastern Health Canada in Montreal, Quebec.
There is no office of this company in Montreal.
Therefore this might be a scam, so beware.
