Hi everybody,
I've been translating a source text from a PDF file in which the papers were scanned as images. My client when first sent me estimated the word count to be 4000 words. But now after I'm done with the job, I believe it's hardly more than 2000 words.
Is there anyway I can count words in a text page saved as an image in a PDF file?
Thank you all for your help in advance.
Dina

In case your PDF is an image, the best way would be using an OCR (FineReader, for example), which would convert images into text.
