MANAJER PROYEK
11.1 Pelaksana Pekerjaan wajib menunjuk seorang Manajer Proyek yang akan bertindak sebagai wakil yang sah dari Pelaksana Pekerjaan di Lokasi Proyek dan berwenang untuk menandatangani berita acara atau risalah rapat serta berkomunikasi secara intensif dengan Pemberi Kerja c.q. Pengawas Pekerjaan mengenai segala hal yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan Pekerjaan, termasuk diantaranya dalam rangka pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Tambah/Kurang, kemajuan/progress dari pelaksanaan Pekerjaan, hambatan atau gangguan yang ditemui di lapangan, dan laporan-laporan lainnya yang bersifat rutin.
11.2 Manajer Proyek harus setiap saat berada di Lokasi Proyek, yaitu sejak pukul [08:30 hingga pukul 17:30] setiap Hari Kerja dimulai sejak Tanggal Dimulainya Pekerjaan hingga ditandatanganinya Berita Acara Serah Terima oleh Pemberi Kerja. Manajer Proyek tidak dapat meninggalkan Lokasi Proyek pada waktu-waktu tersebut diatas tanpa persetujuan terlebih dahulu (balk verbal atau tertulis) dari Pemberi Kerja c.q.Pengawas Pekerjaan. Manajer Proyek harus senantiasa dapat dihubungi oleh Pengawas Pekerjaan untuk memastikan agar pelaksanaan Pekerjaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

PROJECT MANAGER
11.1 The Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager who will act as the legitimate representative of the Contractor in the Project site and is authorized to sign the official record or minutes of meeting and makes intensive communication with the Customer in this regard Work Supervisors on all matters related to the Work Implementation, including in the context of additional/ reduction of work, advancement / progress of Work Implementation, the barriers or problems encountered in the field, and other routine reports.
11.2 Project managers must stay in the Project Site at all times, i.e. since [at 08:30 until 17:30 o'clock] on every business day starting from the Commencement Date of Work until the signing the Record of Handover by the Customer. Project manager can not leave the Project site at the times mentioned above without prior consent (either verbal or written) from the Customer in this regard Work Supervisors. The project manager must always be contacted by the Work Supervisor to ensure that the work implementation can run smoothly.
