Memo Q not importing txml file

I translated for a client who works with Memo Q.
I use Wordfast and downloaded a txml file.
The client now says that they cannot open / import the file into Memo Q.
As far as I know, Memo Q does support txml files. At least according to the Memo Q website.
Does anybody have experience with this? Is there a workaround?

Should work Jun 29, 2015

Indeed, it should work; I just imported into MemoQ 2013R2 a TXML file recently translated with WfPro, and it worked. The file opened in MemoQ as it should.

Convert to .tmx Jun 29, 2015

Can you convert to .tmx? That should definitely work for your client.

They say it does upload, but the translated segments won't populate.
Odd.
Never happened before.
