How do I fine-tune QA Checker 3.0 settings in SDL Trados Studio 2021 to get more precise results of the QA verifications?

The MTPE project is big, on several hundred of thousands of words, and I need to fine-tune the QA Checker 3.0 settings to avoid outputs like these ones:

Terminology Verifier
"system administrator" is in the termbase and "administration guidelines" has been flagged as a terminology issue.
"respiratory rate" is in the termbase and "Respira

The MTPE project is big, on several hundred of thousands of words, and I need to fine-tune the QA Checker 3.0 settings to avoid outputs like these ones:

Terminology Verifier
"system administrator" is in the termbase and "administration guidelines" has been flagged as a terminology issue.
"respiratory rate" is in the termbase and "Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS)" has been flagged as a terminology issue.
"log" is in the termbase with the Swedish translation "logg" and has been flagged as a terminology issue for the translation "loggdata".

And also, for the issues "Sentence was translated inconsistently compared to segment..., how do I navigate back and forth between the two segments in Studio, not losing track of where I am in the QA Checker 3.0 window? I find these issues most difficult to edit, both in Studio and MemoQ, as I need to view the two segments in the normal editor window to see the context for each so that I can decide which of the two translations to choose. Especially when I have multiple files opened in SDL Trados Studio so that the numbering of the segments starts from 1 for each new file.

And while editing from the QA output, how do I display the Detalles del mensaje de verificación (details in the QA verifications dialogue box)?:

I think I found it: Verification Settings/Minimum match value (current value is 70 %, which is the reason that I get non-relevant hits).

I have a similar problem with term verification that returns too many false positives.
Once partial solution is to add the "false positives" to your TB. Lowering the match value can also help a little.
