The term ‘Out of Court Disposals’ (OOCD) refers to a range of options available to the Police to use in certain cases as an alternative to a prosecution. By using these alternative disposals correctly the Police are able to deal with less serious offences, and offenders with little or no previous offending history, in a way that is both proportionate and rehabilitative. Additionally the disposals are designed to address the need make good any loss or harm sustained by the victim or community.
Section 136 of the LASPO Act permits the use of out-of-court disposals in
cases where previous formal disposals have been given. These previous
disposals must be considered in any further disposal decisions. When
considering an informal disposal such as community resolution, the
number of previous informal and formal disposals given should also be
considered, to help determine whether that is the most appropriate
course of action.

Existe essa correlação desse termo no direito brasileiro. O termo de origem não tem exatamente a mesma natureza dos termos traduzidos, pois aqui no Brasil esse tipo de acordo somente pode ser realizado pelo Ministério Público, enquanto que no texto de origem os próprios policiais podem fazê-lo.
Porém, o objetivo é o mesmo, qual seja, deixar de ser processado formalmente e prestar uma pena alternativa.
Com relação ao termo "Disposal decision", eu traduziria como "decisão de não persecução" ou "decisão de não persecução penal"
