Он под санкциями, только не под такими жесткими. У "счастливчиков" еще и заморозили активы + собираются отключать от SWIFT. Со Сбером только запретили иметь корреспондентские и прочие pay-through отношения. На привязанные счета Сбербанка вывод будет работать до 22 марта.
