Description:Translators will learn how to increase their income by focusing on the delivery of value in every client relationship, and how to successfully leverage current relationships to build new ones.

This webinar will help translators to select the jobs that work for them, become indispensable, and understand and benefit from the lifetime value of each client while providing an outstanding service.
Speakers:Paul Urwin
Paul Urwin is Head of Training at ProZ.com, where he dedicates his time to helping freelance translators and interpreters succeed. He creates and sources interactive courses that are designed to take freelancers on a journey to achieving a quantifiable end result that will help them in their careers. Paul performed his first paid translation in 1996, founded a successful LSP in 2004, is an experienced voice actor, and a regular host and speaker at live online summits and group coaching sessions.

I enjoyed learning from you. There are so many subjects that we sometimes don't know how to talk to clients about. Your presentation was really helpful.
You talked about having a portfolio of recurring clients, can you suggest a good way to keep track of this? An app? Good and old spreadsheet?
I am a "one-girl-band" so sometimes it can be hard to manage it all.
