We’ll use one of the scripts which came with OmegaT, namely the QA – Check Rules script. To access this feature, follow these steps.
Select Tools from the menu bar.
Select Scripting…
The scripting window will open.
Select QA – Check Rules.
Click the Run button.
The QA – Check Rules window will open.
Here, the script will list the errors in a table and their corresponding segment numbers in the leftmost column. Clicking a number will jump you to the problematic segment.
Below the table, you’ll find the types of QA checks you can choose. After customizing the types of QA checks you’d like to perform, click the Refresh button to refresh the errors list.

My brain always explodes 🤯 when confronted with too many different error categories at once. Can I run these checks one at a time in a convenient way?

The scripts used to be separate modules. Users then requested the various QA checks scripts to be merged into one, and the developers granted their wish.
If you prefer the QA checks to behave as separate modules again, you'll have to source the older versions of these scripts. Or you could edit the scripts yourself to function the way you want.
For convenience, you can then bind each script to a keyboard shortcut using this method.
