due to a non-payment from an agency in Bangladesh, I am looking for a serious debt collector in that country.

Dear Mamen
It is a serious offence if any agency is not paying after a job has been done. I am not sure about any debt collector. But it is a general question that what should one do in such situations? Is it a best policy to look for any debt collector?
I would also like to know if the agency is a member of this proz community. Either way you should name the agency such that we all could blacklist them.
